Has anyone else ever tried writing up a blog post while while walking on an inclined treadmill with a big pregnant belly? Well I am right now! It’s tricky! 😁
So I love lots of mix ins with my oats. Especially if they have lots of nutritional benefit to them! Today my oats (coaches steal cut oatmeal) were topped with Hemp seeds, ground flax seed, coconut sugar, cinnamon, almond milk, fresh raspberries, and frozen wild blueberries.
