Granola is a staple at our house. I make a big batch at least every other week. We eat it as cereal, mixed with other cereal, on top of greek yogurt, on peanut butter and apples, and even in my hot oatmeal!
The most perfect, guilt free breakfast, snack, or even dessert right here! I usually eat a few eggs first thing in the morning, but by the time I get my son out the door to school and get ready for the gym, my pregnant self is hungry again. Instead of cooking up more food, I grabbed one of these this morning and ate it on my way! Also, these are oil, flour, AND sugar free. Score!
